Playing to a par of 28, the Social 9 at Madden's features eight par-3s and one par-4. It is the ideal place to play a quick nine or to play nine more holes after playing one of our other great courses. The Social 9 is a great place for juniors and beginners to play or for more skilled players to work on their short-game skills. Use it as a warm-up to playing a full 18 on The Classic. You'll also find spectacular views of Steamboat Bay on Gull Lake at the Social 9.

"It's a great place to practice for the accomplished player," says Hoffmann, " because of its postage stamp greens."

Although the course is short, you can still pull out your driver on the 9th hole. "You'll see lots of hole-in-ones on that hole," Hoffmann says.
