Madden's has three full service fine dining restaurants and four casual eating areas which reveal the resort's versatility and variety.

In our fine dining restaurants, we excel in serving superb cuisine created by our accomplished and talented chefs. Our own in-house bakery provides our dining rooms with fresh pastries, desserts, and breads. Among the dishes on our menus: blackened tilapia dusted in Cajun spices, top sirloin with sherried mushrooms and onions, chicken champignon with a mushroom ragout, butterflied prawns stuffed with spinach, gorgonzola cheese, bacon and cognac, pork loin medallions, broiled filet of honey glazed salmon, and a wonderful array of vegetarian dishes as well.

When casual is the order of the day, choose from the Lobby Café serving breakfasts and lunches, the 19th Hole Lounge overlooking the Pine Beach East golf course and pool deck for a mid-afternoon snack or cocktails, ParFecto Pizza, and The Classic Grill featuring lunch and evening dining.
