Note: Run of house rooms assigned at discretion of resort based on occupancy. Rates are per person; multiple occupancy rate requires two or more attendees to share a room. We will strive to honor any requests, however rooms will be assigned based on the number of quests staying in a room. If additional occupants are not indicated, we will assign a single room with a single occupancy rate.

Note: Run of house rooms assigned at discretion of resort based on occupancy. We will strive to honor your first choice; however, rooms will be assigned according to the number of people indicated. If additional occupant are not indicated, you may be assigned a room with one bed.
Day Meeting Package
Lodging Only guests must pre-register for any meals they wish to participate in with the AIGA group. (Please register for meals by September 24)
Registration Deadline: September 4, 2019
Cancellation Policy: You are responsible for your entire stay, early departures or reservation reductions are not refundable. Package payments are refundable minus a $25.00 cancellation fee if you cancel by September 4, 2019. Any cancellations made after September 4, 2019 will not receive a refund (replacements are gladly accepted). Reservations made after the deadline are non-refundable.
