Virtual Vacation: Shrimp Spring Rolls
Looking for a new dinner recipe? Today we are joined by Chef Bill as he shows us how to make Shrimp Spring Rolls.
Ingredients:
Rice Paper
Vermicelli Noodles
Chili Oil
Green Pepper
Red Bell Pepper
Cilantro
Cucumber
Shrimp
Instructions:
- Blacken shrimp to be used later
- Place rice paper in hot water to make pliable
- Place filling in center of rice paper
- Top with Sweet Chili Sauce
- Fold up ends of rice paper and roll
