Tell Us About Your Technology Needs for Your Event
In order for Madden’s Event service team to assist in a successful meeting, we require the following information. If the information is not received 10 business days in advance of your arrival, post deadline processing fees of $60 per change required in BEO may apply.
Please refer to your preliminary schedule of events (in your contract) for the days/times your meeting room is reserved. If you will require access outside of this time frame, inform your Event Manager immediately & we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note extended time (s) , as outlined in your contract, may incur an additional fee.
