Relax and reconnect with yourself through lakeside yoga led by experienced instructor. Poses are chosen to incorporate balance, strength, flexibility, and calming of the mind. Classes are designed to challenge the mind, body, and spirit, and to foster a higher state of wellness.
Morning “Vinyasa” Flow Yoga
Vinyasa style classes are based around movement linked with breath. Class is designed to challenge you mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually in order to promote growth and build an awareness of connection between mind, body, and spirit. Class is accessible to all levels and abilities.

Evening Slow Flow Yoga
This class is a slower practice to accommodate all levels while building strength through longer holds of postures. This style of class is meant to build that connection to mind, body, and spirit. Pranayama (breath work) practices will be integrated into this relaxing flow. Class will end with an extended cool down and Savasana to promote relaxation for the whole being. Class is accessible to all levels and abilities.
