Cancellation Policy
Please cancel 24 hours prior to the start time of your service. If you fail to do so, a 50% fee will be charged. If you do not show up for your appointment, a 100% fee will be charged.
How to Spa
Please allow 20 minutes before your appointment to change, fill out any necessary paperwork, and relax with a cup of tea in preparation for your service. If you arrive late for your appointment, the length of the service will be shortened accordingly.
What to Wear: We recommend any clothing that you feel comfortable in. Please disrobe to your comfort level. Our professionally trained staff will ensure your privacy with proper draping techniques.
Refreshments: Traditional spa beverages are available for your convenience. Wine and champagne by the glass may be purchased. We ask that you do not bring in outside food or drinks.
Gratuities: Gratuities are not included in the price of the service. If you feel that you have had an exceptional service, please feel free to leave a gratuity for your therapist. Please ask the front desk if you are unsure of the appropriate gratuity.
Age Restrictions: We require that anyone under the age of 16 be accompanied by an adult at all times. A parental waiver must be signed for clients under age 18. Age restrictions may vary by service. Please call 218-855-5917 for more information.
